Damages and Issues
Under normal circumstances orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days, Monday to Friday.
When orders are dispatched you should receive a Tracking Number to the email address you have entered when checking out.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct shipping address is entered into the system at the time of ordering.

We inspect and assemble 100% of our products before shipping, However sometimes an OOPS can happen.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
​Returns - PLEASE NOTE ** Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
We only accept Returns and approve Refunds under 2 conditions:

We only Refund if the item has not been shipped by our team, or
-
The item is defective with a manufacturing fault.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
We only accept Exchanges under 2 conditions:
We only accept Exchanges if the item has not been shipped by our team, or
We have received the item back, in original packaging and original condition.
Original shipping costs are not included in any Exchanged item (Shipping for the Exchanged item will need to paid for).

RETURN AND EXCHANGE EXCLUSION: Any custom/personalised item made to order once the design has been approved.
