This 3D Printed 92mm Vent base and Vent cover features;
 
         Printed using Black ASA plastic, UV Stable for exterior applications!
 
         Textured front face to matching most Textured Powder coated finishes – you can fill and sand smooth if and/or paint it to match.
 
         Vent base is the template for easy marking out.

         Concealed fastener design for a superior finish, you're not going to see the mounting screws
 
         Full set of stainless fasteners for installation.
 
         Large surface area for sealing to the canopy wall – you will need to apply your favourite sealant between the vent base and your canopy wall. (I used BlackSikaflex-227 Auto and Construction Sealant, $24 from Bunnings)
 
         Weather seal between the base and cover, to protect from the rain.
 
         High Reticulated Filter included, to protect from the dust.  Washable, will not rot or decompose under conditions of normal use and is not adversely affected by hot or cold water or exposure to warm, humid conditions.
 
         Easily removable cover for any filter servicing without having to dismantle the entire unit. You can remove and wash the filter and reinstall within 5 minutes
 
        Includes 92mm SUNON MagLev fan, 12vdc and grill cover, A 'bigger fan' is not always better! This unrestricted vent design means this fan does Blow!
 
 
We do recommend 2 vent assemblies for the installation depending on your needs, installed so 1x blow in + 1x suck out.
 
This product is 3D printed and manufactured per order, as these are 3D printed, naturally these may have very minor visible layer lines from the manufacturing process
